Urgent messages

Don’t rely on email, send urgent messages to desktops and mobiles to ensure that the users get the message when they should.
- Users may or may not have their email client open.
- Ubs ensures that a message is delivered to the user’s screen as long as they are logged-in.
- If a user is not logged in, message can be escalated to SMS*.
- When a user logs in, any messages that are still pertinent, but did not get displayed to the user, will be displayed.

- A Message can be compiled in multiple languages.
- Administrator has the choice of creating the message in each language OR use Google Translate to translate the message.

- Messages can be set to repeat a certain number of times.
