We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Salesforce Developer and Consultant to work with our team in assisting clients with custom development, integration and consulting projects. We are seeking a candidate preferably in either the Omaha, Sioux Falls, Kansas City or Des Moines areas. Will consider a candidate outside this region if they are an exceptional fit.

Job Responsibilities
• Hold discovery sessions with clients and establish business process review meetings
• Facilitate and participate in the development process from technical design to development, testing and deployment
• Create customer-centric, unique solutions using VisualForce and Apex
• Develop custom applications and solutions using the Force.com platform
• Ensure on budget and on-time delivery for projects
• Establish consistent reviews of project plans and facilitate communication within the project team
• Monitor issues that arise within projects, budgets, and overall progress
• Perform solution design activities, including object modeling, page layout design, data mapping, and rule logic definition within Salesforce
• Work remotely or on site to configure and optimize solutions for clients

• One or more Salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, DEV-401)
• Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Dynamics), as well as integration tools (Jiterbit, Pervasive, Informatica, Boomi)
• Two+ years of development experience with Java, .Net, JSP/ASP
• BA / BS  in Computer Science or related field
• Apex development skills including triggers, web services and VisualForce integration
• VisualForce / Force.com development
• Salesforce integration skills with third-party ERP systems
• Strong development skills and an ability to deliver customer-driven solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

We are looking for SFDC Apex/Visualforce Developers / Architects to join the AppShark Professional Services Team.  We SFDC based quote-to-cash suites of products, including CPQ (configure/price/quote), contract management, revenue and rebate management, and other related solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for developing custom applications using Force.com and integrating salesforce.com with other systems.

As a SFDC Apex/Visualforce Developer, you will be experienced in Force.com web application development, salesforce.com integration/extensions, and designing solutions using Force.com API, APEX, Visualforce and other tools that extend the product. You must be able to lead technical requirements gathering sessions, and complete complex Apex/Visualforce Development with a high level of quality. You must be able to demonstrate a track record with standard SDLC and agile implementation techniques.

The ideal candidate will work closely as part of a team with our customers and internal Project Managers, Solution Architects, Business System Analysts and other Developers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and writing technical requirements documents

• Leading technical design sessions and writing technical design documents

• Carry out SFDC APEX, Visualforce development and testing

• As requested, provide hands on assistance to other developers for technical issues

• Design and manage the execution of test plans while ensuring a quality solution is delivered

• 2+ years of SFDC Apex and Visualforce page development

• Thorough understanding of SFDC governor limits and best practice guidelines

• Completion of several salesforce.com integration and extension projects in development and technical roles

• Ability to travel regularly, on an average of 25%, but may be higher as required by client engagements

• Experience in designing and developing integrations from Force.com to upstream and downstream applications using Force.com API(s)

• Good understanding of master data management in Force.com

• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, MIS or related field

• 2 or more years experience focused on CPQ and Contract Management domain
